Portugal Travel Concierge® offers tailored travel planning and concierge services, including but not limited to booking accommodations, transportation, activities, and other travel-related services in Portugal. Our services are designed for adults, and any arrangements involving minors must be requested by an adult client. By using our services, you agree to provide accurate information and comply with the terms outlined here.

3. Bookings and Payments

All bookings made through Portugal Travel Concierge® are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the third-party service providers (e.g., hotels, airlines, transport services). By confirming a booking, you agree to pay the total cost as outlined in the invoice or booking confirmation.

  • Payment Terms: Payment is required upfront or as specified in the booking confirmation. We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, or other agreed-upon methods.

  • Non-Refundable Policy: As a general rule, payments are non-refundable. Please refer to our Refund/Return Policy for more details.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of our services, including personal details, passport information, and any special requirements. Failure to provide accurate information may result in delays, additional costs, or cancellations for which Portugal Travel Concierge® cannot be held liable.

5. Third-Party Services

Our services rely on third-party providers, and while we strive to work with reputable partners, Portugal Travel Concierge® is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or policies of these providers. The terms and conditions of the respective third-party providers will apply to the services they offer.

6. Cancellations and Changes

Any request to cancel or change a booking must be communicated to us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellations and changes are subject to the policies of the third-party providers involved. Portugal Travel Concierge® will assist in facilitating such requests but cannot guarantee outcomes.

  • Force Majeure: In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), we will work with our clients and third-party providers to seek reasonable solutions, including rescheduling or refunds, where applicable.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Portugal Travel Concierge® shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
